SHERIFF’S LOG: Thieves scour McK neighborhoods

Saturday, March 16

3:08 a.m. – On Cascara Street a vehicle was burglarized. The thief got away with a bunch of tools.

sheriffslogbox9:40 a.m. – A purse was discovered on the Hammond Trail and turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

12:03 p.m. – Over on Chanterelle Drive, a car was broken into, A computer and accessories were taken.

9:42 p.m. – Violence erupted on the 2100 block of Fieldbrook Road. A man was taken into custody on suspicion of domestic violence, No other details were available.

Sunday, March 17

9:05 a.m. – On Red Avenue a home was burglarized. A laptop computer, musical instruments and jewelry were taken.

10:24 p.m. – Over on Dena Drive, someone tried to hit another person with a vehicle. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

Monday, March 18

12:52 a.m. – A car was pulled over on Central Avenue north of Murray Road. The driver, whose name was not released, was allegedly drunk. He was taken into custody and booked in the county jail.

10:53 a.m. – “Barbecue supplies” were stolen from a residence on the 1600 block of Chanterelle Drive.
