The Humboldt County Animal Shelter is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; it is closed Saturday and Sunday and County Holidays and is located at 980 Lycoming Avenue, between Airport Road and the Coast Guard Station in McKinleyville. CHICKEN –  I am an unaltered female, red Chicken. My age is unknown. I have been at the shelter since July 18.

BIRD – I am a green and red conure. My age is unknown. I have been at the shelter since July 31.

MAYBERRY – I am an unaltered female, blue ticked and red Bluetick Coonhound. The shelter thinks I am about 5 years old. I have been at the shelter since July 26.
