azalea picture The five-day 2010 Pony Express Days Festival was held Wednesday June 2nd, though Sunday June 6th, in McKinleyville. The event, previously known as the Azalea Festival, included a parade on Saturday with lots of horses and equestrians, a vintage Cruise and Car Show, music in the park, a Clam Chowder Cook-Off, the Annual Firemen’s Muster and, of course, the Alumni Football Game. Be sure to visit our Azalea Festival page from previous years.

The McKinleyville Press published a special edition before the event with stories about Pony Express Days, including an event schedule-- and lots of Festival photos will be in the following issue.
